To Whom it May Concern,

My cousin has purchased several pieces of art from you. He would like to purchase several more so that he can rotate the art in the room where they're hanging. His question is this, can the scrolls be stored rolled up for long periods of time, for example a year or more? If yes, what are the recommended storage conditions? Thank you for your time. Please answer me at your convenience.

The only things to worry about are extreme humidity, and extreme temperatures. And when I say "extreme" I also mean abrupt and or rapidly-changing temperature and humidity.

Also, when storing for long periods, don't feel that you have to roll them up too tightly. Just a snug roll is fine (not so lose that you can see space between the layers of the roll).

When scrolls are unrolled after being stored for long periods, there may be some waviness or a slight bow in the body of the scroll. Better than 90% of the time, this will go away after the scroll has hung for a week or two.
